“Vegan food: big flavor and super delicious” may seem a contradiction in terms, but here at Health Gate Fresh, that’s our passion.

In 1992 accomplished chefs Tom and Veronique turned that passion into a business by creating a line of flavorful prepared foods to palate-pleasing success.

Daughter Pauline grew up in the business and took a serious interest in cooking around age seven, watching cooking shows, then scampering to the kitchen with glee to try out the latest recipe.

She pursued her passion, graduating from the French Pastry School in Chicago in 2009, and joined the family business soon after. Vegan herself, she created a line of vegan desserts that soar in popularity.

Today We are proud to offer you and your family a variety of delicious fresh foods with a wide range of flavors, from appetizers through desserts.
